WWE called on a couple of heavy hitters in an attempt to pop a rating on this week's edition of NXT 2.0. Whether or not it pays off remains to be seen, but if nothing else, at least we got AJ Styles finally setting foot in WWE developmental.
Winner: Dakota Kai And Raquel Gonzalez Street Fight
In the first match of the show, Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez finally (presumably) put an end to their lengthy feud in a brutal street fight. Kai ambushed Gonzalez backstage before the match had officially started and the action eventually ended up in the ring. The two women beat the crap out of each other, with Kai taking some really nasty-looking bumps. Gonzalez picked up the win over her former friend after delivering a vicious powerbomb onto a trash can.
Loser: "What?" Chants
Cora Jade is doing a really great job with what she's been giving, and she definitely has the potential to be a future megastar ... however, her mic skills aren't there yet, and sending her out with a mic on live TV every week isn't doing her any favors.
Winner: Grayson Waller Gets The Rub
AJ Styles confronted Grayson Waller because Waller slagged him off on Instagram. AJ got a huge babyface reaction despite being humiliated by Omos on Monday's edition of Raw. They are really trying to make Grayson Waller their top heel, and it's kinda sorta almost working. He's got the ingredients and he's performing admirably

Loser: MSK/Riddle Skit Turns Into A WWE Shop Ad
This week's NXT featured what was seemingly the final installment of the pretaped portion of the MSK/Riddle adventures. The MSK pilgrimage skits started off lame, then became so lame that they were kinda fun when Riddle showed up. In this latest skit, Riddle encouraged MSK to challenge Imperium (all that just for that lol) and then he gave them the gift of merch. Randy Orton merch. Also, they all got run over and died and immediately reincarnated. It was like a David Lynch movie but, ya know ... not good.
Winner: Pete Dunne
Pete Dunne defeated Tony D'Angelo in the main event of this week's show. The match was solid and Dunne made Tony D look like a steady hand. The good news is that someone who should be a bigger star than they currently are got a win, and looked very good in the process. The bad news is that Tony D got his heat back by beating Dunne up after the bell. Experienced Fan-Favorite Defeats Newcomer And Is Subsequently Beaten Up By Said Newcomer: The NXT 2.0 Story.
