The nWo revolutionized professional wrestling and now they're just too sweet when it comes to memes! The New World Order forever changed the industry, bringing attitude to WCW before it became cool in the WWE. With Hollywood Hogan at the helm, the group saw both high and lows. But in the end, they left a permanent mark in the minds of fans worldwide and on the wrestling business as a whole.

Nowadays, through the wonders of technology, fans of the famed faction can relieve the days when nWo ran roughshod over pro wrestling. Why just stick to watching old episodes of Nitro on the WWE Network when you can check out these 10 humorous nWo memes that are just too sweet?

10 My Little Pony NWO Style

My Little Pony is back in meme form, along with the original members of the nWo and a conspiracy theory involving the trio. Anyone who has spent any amount of time searching through YouTube about "new world order" will get the humor. If you're online and looking for memes about pro wrestling's nWo, you're bound to find ones about another New World Order, with or without the Atomic Leg Drop.

The cyan-colored pony is named Lyra Heartstrings. A juxtaposition between a My Little Pony character and the 2002 version of the nWo is just too hilarious.

9 Hogan's Bizarre Adventure

This meme brings together two beloved moments in pop culture history, one being the formation of the nWo, the other is a hilarious scene from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Hulk Hogan is represented as Leone Abbacchio, who was nonchalantly sipping on wine before joining in on the savage beatdown, much as Hogan joined in on the assault of "Macho Man" Randy Savage at the 1996 Bash at the Beach.

Scott Hall is represented as Narancia Ghirga who began the anime beatdown by smashing his wine glass on the stranger's head. In the meme, Kevin Nash is Guido Mista who joined in on the assault after Narancia identified the stranger as an enemy. The altercation occurred after a stranger bumped into the Team Bucciarati member's chair, causing Narancia to spill a droplet of wine on the man's expensive suit jacket. The enraged stranger wanted to fight Narancia over the accident, but that ended with him being beaten senseless on the ground. The nonchalant way Abbacchio joined in on the beatdown was just too funny.

8 Macho Man's Hidden Second Spider-Man Appearance

Macho Madness in nWo form does somewhat look like Marvel's Venom, at least when it comes to the color scheme. Of course, both Macho Man and Venom have tangled with Spidey. Randy Savage appeared in the 2002 Spider-Man movie as Bonesaw McGraw, a wrestler who Peter Parker bested in a cage match.

Much like Venom, Savage's character has gone through phases, transitioning from a villain to an anti-hero. It's hard not to root for incredible characters like Venom and The Macho Man.

7 Bobby Hill Is NWO 4 Life

Here's a show of respect to folks still wearing nWo shirts as 2020 draws closer to an end. No matter if the colors are black-and-white or red-and-black, when you're with the nWo, you're with the nWo for life!

Bobby Hill from King of the Hill obviously has respect for people rocking nWo gear in this meme, specifically the iconic nWo T-shirt. And judging by Bobby's hand sign, he's rolling with the Wolfpac!

6 NWO Pho Life

The nWo is more cultured than you think! This meme combines the beloved rebel faction with the national dish of Vietnam, pho. It also plays on the infamous New World Order catchphrase. Of course, when you're with the nWo, you're with the nWo pho life.

Pho is a soup made up of a variety of ingredients, including rice noodles, broth, beef brisket, and herbs. The dish can also come with chicken and, if you like it hot, throw in some red peppers.

5 From NWO To Gigolo

Buff Bagwell made a huge transition in his professional career from wrestler to a gigolo. But actually, this transition shouldn't come as much of a surprise. After all, Bagwell's catchphrase during his time in the WCW was "I'm Buff, I'm the stuff, and the girls just can't get enough."

Bagwell appeared in Season 5 of Showtime's Gigolos and even had a whole episode named after him. The five-time WCW World Tag Team Champion went from bragging about being eye-candy for the ladies on Monday Nitro to actually being arm-candy as a male escort.

4 The New World Order Returns From The Principal's Office

The nWo were the ultimate bad boys of WCW. If they were still schoolkids, they'd be called to the principal's office on a regular basis. But what principal out there has the guts to discipline the likes of the nWo? They'd risk getting a Jackknife Powerbomb by "Big Sexy" Kevin Nash, an Outsider's Edge by Scott Hall, and an Atomic Leg Drop by Hollywood Hogan.

If you're a teacher or a principal, it goes without saying that you wouldn't want the nWo roaming the halls of your school or being disruptive in the classroom.

3 We All Know What WCW Really Means, Brother!

For wrestling fans who use social media, Woman Crush Wednesday likely doesn't come to mind if you see that WCW is trending (at the very least, that's the second thing that comes to mind). For fans who grew up watching pro wrestling since the 90s, WCW will always stand for World Championship Wrestling. And the nWo is not only the most infamous group in WCW history but possibly in all of pro wrestling.

Woman Crush Wednesday is fine and all, but it just isn't too sweet like WCW when they had the nWo ruling the roost on Nitro and Thunder. In this meme, we got Big Kev, Rodzilla, Scott Hall, Macho Madness, Syxx, and Hollywood, brother!

2 Sting Can't Stand The NWO

Sting was a brave vigilante going up against the might of the nWo during their peak in the late '90s. Armed with a baseball bat, Sting pushed back against the many members of the nWo on his way to vanquishing their leader, Hollywood Hogan.

For this meme, George Costanza from the hit 90s sitcom Seinfeld is now playing the role of WCW's franchise star. Costanza is holding a baseball bat as an employee of the New York Yankees, while Sting brings out a bat to survive Where The Big Boys Play.

1 Maybe Sting Needs More Than Just A Bat

The idea of the Power Rangers showing up on WCW television to aid Sting in his battle against the nWo actually isn't that farfetched. Fans should remember that this is the company that literally brought us a Robocop movie-crossover character. Robocop also saved The Stinger from a villainous faction, The Four Horsemen, at Capital Combat '90. Therefore, it shouldn't be that ridiculous to imagine WCW concocting an angle where the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers come to save the day.

This photo is taken from the 2016 New York Comic-Con. The Stinger also ran into Shredder from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise at the event.
