WALTER has been the most dominant wrestler in NXT UK history, holding the NXT United Kingdom Title for 870 days. He has become one of the best wresters out there thanks to his extraordinary performances, as every time WALTER enters the ring, the show is guaranteed to be a spectacle.

One of the most impressive things about WALTER is that he is quite agile and athletic, considering he weighs almost 300 pounds, cementing himself as one of the best powerhouse wrestlers of the modern era. With that said, WALTER has delivered several fantastic matches in WWE, so let's take a look at his best
10 Vs. Rampage Brown (NXT UK - Prelude)
On the April 8, 2021 episode of NXT UK, WALTER defended the NXT United Kingdom Title against Rampage Brown. This match was much better than expected; Rampage Brown was great, he had easily the best performance of his career fighting toe to toe with WALTER, who never disappoints.
It was a hard-hitting match in a similar style to those of the Attitude Era, with a fast pace and nice psychology. The result was predictable, as WALTER won the match and retained the title.
9 Vs. Kushida (NXT)
On October 9, 2019, WALTER faced off against Kushida. Even though WALTER's NXT United Kingdom Title was not on the line, the match was very entertaining. It was basically a David versus Goliath match.
Kushida's offense was very impressive, but WALTER is one of the toughest wrestlers out there, so he held his own and hit back with much more power. Kushida did an admirable job, but in the end "The Ring General" prevailed.
8 With Alexander Wolfe Vs. Ilja Dragunov & Pete Dunne (NXT UK)
On the October 15, 2020 episode of NXT UK, WALTER and Alexander Wolfe faced off against Ilja Dragunov and Pete Dunne in a tag team match.
The match was exceptional, as every man involved played his part very well. The storytelling was excellent and there were several great spots. Once again, WALTER proved that his chops are devastating, but Ilja Dragunov was the one who stole the show, even managing to pin WALTER and shock the fans.
7 Vs. A-Kid (NXT UK)
Everyone knew it was almost impossible for WALTER to drop the NXT UK Title to A-Kid, but still this match was amazing. The young Spanish wrestler showed his talent, as he rose to the occasion, while WALTER was great as usual.
This match was concise, fast paced and very exciting. The psychology was excellent and there were several great spots and sequences. The match ended with WALTER hitting a brutal Lariat on A-Kid, which was enough for the 1-2-3.
6 Vs. The Undisputed Era (Worlds Collide 2020)
In the main event of Worlds Collide 2020, WALTER teamed with Alexander Wolfe, Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel to take on Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong.

This bout was absolutely amazing. With punches, kicks and maneuvers all over the place, it was a truly brutal and intense match. What happened to Alexander Wolfe was scary, but somehow that made the match more dramatic and special. WALTER was the man of the match, as he looked like an unstoppable monster and was the one who was in charge of getting the win for his team.
5 Vs. Tommaso Ciampa (NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver)
On April 7, 2021 at NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, Tommaso Ciampa and WALTER collided in an NXT United Kingdom Title match which was simply phenomenal.
Ciampa and WALTER told the story perfectly. WALTER's selling is top notch, really compelling, esepcially for such a big man. Tommaso Ciampa tried to take advantage of WALTER's hand injury, setting up a great offensive attack and putting WALTER in a difficult spot. However, in the end, "The Ring General" overcame the pain and was able to hit a devastating chop on Ciampa, which was the key to win.
4 Vs. Pete Dunne (NXT TakeOver: New York)
On April 5, 2019 at NXT TakeOver: New York, WALTER took on United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne.
It was an extraordinary 25-minute affair, with back-and-forth action and several epic moments. Dunne's maneuvers were exceptional, but WALTER came to conquer and he did just that. It was a monstrous performance by WALTER, demonstrating his power and superb skills. WALTER defeated Pete Dunne to end Dunne's extraordinary title reign and begin WALTER's historic title reign.
3 Vs. Ilja Dragunov (NXT UK)
This was arguably the best WWE match of 2020, as Ilja Dragunov and WALTER put on an unforgettable show. They gave their best and put their bodies on the line to entertain the fans, especially Dragunov, who endured a lot of pain.

It was a brutal, old school, hard-hitting battle. Best of all, when you think the match can't get any better, both competitors go ahead and pull some crazy move and make it even more dramatic. It was a star-making performance by Ilja Dragunov, but WALTER won the match and retained the title.
2 Vs. Ilja Dragunov (NXT TakeOver: 36)
After the epic match mentioned above, it was clear that if there was anyone who could dethrone WALTER, it was Ilja Dragunov. Indeed, that's exactly what happened at NXT TakeOver: 36.
The bout was a true masterpiece, as both WALTER and Dragunov had amazing performances and delivered arguably the best WWE match of 2021. It was 25 minutes of non-stop action and hard-hitting at its finest. In the end, Ilja Dragunov managed to defeat WALTER to end the historic 870-day Title reign. This match was so incredible that it received 5.25 stars from Dave Meltzer.
1 Vs. Tyler Bate (NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff)
On August 31, 2019 at NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff, WALTER defended the NXT UK Title against Tyler Bate. This was one of the best title matches in WWE history, hands down.
Not much to say about WALTER, as he once again did everything to perfection, but Tyler Bate surprised many. The 24-year-old proved that he is one of the most talented young wrestlers in the world today. The match was simply astonishing, a wrestling classic that will be remembered for many years to come.
